      Pros

      Supportive, approachable leadership company-wide. Collaborative teams with coworkers who are willing to help each other succeed. Stable company with good work-life balance and endless opportunities to expand industry knowledge.

      Cons

      Technology could benefit from modernization and greater automation. Internal processes can sometimes be manual - which lends to inefficiency. Career advancement opportunities exist but are limited depending on department and timing.

      Pros

      It's a good place to get your foot in the door for financial services. Snacks were good and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Office politics are in play. If you are not a favorite, you will not get anywhere. C suite management was pushing down micromanagement. It's also like high school with the drama. There is no place for growth or career development. They cared about numbers and SLAs only and not the human behind these numbers.
