Good place to start your career -- but probably it depends on a team

Pros
If you got lucky and get a good team -- you won't regret it. You can learn good practises, clean code and other stuff. Pretty good place to learn new stuff and get your resume not empty.
Cons
Poor pay -- below market pay. You have to fight for a money. Ask manager, keep asking for a growth review. They earn on your work and don't want you to pay more than it is neccessary (which is bare minimum to keep you on position). Oh, and be carefull of Christmas. They like to send some layoffs the same day you celebrate christmas in the office with other people. :)
