      It's a company that used to attract good talent, it's mission was the main driver. Good momentum until it became extremely political

      Cons

      Highly political environment. There are several directors who haven't closed a deal in years. Others making gross mistakes that are overlooked by management. The company is losing talent, MDs, Ds and VPs won't foster an environment of growth, rather keeping the boat floating.
