You will feel very hopeful during the first week or two before reality sets in.

Cons

- Environment and management are completely unmotivating - Salary is well below industry average and no benefits - Sells promise of growth opportunities but do not deliver on these promises - Business strategy is very outdated and does not evolve with the ever-changing media, PR and social media landscape. - ZERO training and education opportunities

- easy work - great clients - collaborative team - lots of opportunity to be promoted - flexible work environment

Cons

- Little meaningful learning opportunities - too many accounts / person - CEO has temper and yells at team - no effort put into performance management, main goal is sales - benefits are not good
