      Pros

      All of my co-workers were amazing. The company will invest in their employees and unlike other companies, SWP actually cares about the employee. Great benefits and pay. SWP will allow you to grow within the company and give you the tools to succeed.

      Cons

      Things tend to get busy and tempers run high from time to time.

      You only work 4 days of the week.

      Cons

      Managment is horrible. Favoritism at its worst. The pay is horrible for general laborer. They expect you to operate heavy equipment without the pay unless you’re related to management.
