      Pros

      Work from Home permanently. Apart from this, none.

      Cons

      I worked for a small duration as a full time. It was not a good decision. They do not have projects and they hire people on contracts. Also, requirements from the clients changes so quickly, they even do not oppose. As if company is sold to the client for that duration. Really worst experience.

      Overworked, underpaid and no work/life balance

      Pros

      Don’t get me wrong, there are some good eggs in this company, some great mentors. But that buck stops with them.

      Cons

      Poor management, don’t respect work life balance and over work you with no overtime pay. No salary increases even though they are promised. You are made to feel guilty for not wanting to do more work and are forced to meet an unrealistic amount of hours per week. Do not work here if you don’t have too. It will trap you and degrade you, there are better companies out there.
