A good place to earn but not to build a career
Pros
Biannual bonuses and company sponsored events are very attractive in this company. But, the most important thing is, they give a chance for fresh graduates to start a career and gain some experience. They also have really good starting salary.
Cons
Even though the bonuses are a pro, it is biased how most people do not receive their due bonus if they are in their notice period. The working culture is becoming more and more toxic due to over working being encouraged and favoritism among team members. Employees do not have a voice when it comes to these issues either. There is always a heavy work load and a high work pressure on employees who get the job done and the ones who does not even do the bare minimum are set free and does not have a work pressure at all.
