My nice manager was driven away by a certain someone in your uk team

Company is going down. To put in nicely, they are giving us ample time to find a job by saying that they will have to relook at the team size later this year. To put it indirectly, they’re saying please leave on your own so we don’t have to pay a severance fee.

-Supportive management with investment in employees' development -Discretion and autonomy given -Loads of opportunities due to the many acquisitions, you just have to be open to unlearning and relearning -Colleagues are collaborative and respectful; which helps to resolve any issues promptly -Many People (HR) projects to make small but impactful improvements along the way

Cons

-Due to the many acquisitions, there are changes and phases of transitions. Anyone who is not comfortable with change may feel stressed or uneasy. -There is a lot of alignment / re-alignment of processes going on; so it is good for the 'creators / builders', but less so for those whom are business-as-usual persons.
