      Pros

      Surprisingly, working with NYPD officers was fine. Majority of clients are respectful and appreciative of the support. Decent vacation/annual time

      Cons

      Management is poor. They pick and choose when they want to support you. There is a lot of micromanaging. You will be overworked and underpaid. Expectations and salary DO NOT align. They focus heavily on antiracism, yet there is limited representation of in management and leadership.

      Great staff and learning environment. You'll succeed if you are open to communication and receiving feedback. Great benefits; you have separate sick day bank and regular vacation time.

      Cons

      Pay is low in comparison to other agencies. There is Little room for growth.
