Surprisingly, working with NYPD officers was fine. Majority of clients are respectful and appreciative of the support. Decent vacation/annual time

Cons

Management is poor. They pick and choose when they want to support you. There is a lot of micromanaging. You will be overworked and underpaid. Expectations and salary DO NOT align. They focus heavily on antiracism, yet there is limited representation of in management and leadership.
