there's opportunity for gaining hands on experience if you create them for yourself by doing more and being observant.
Cons
You won't be recognized for working harder, faster, or with more planning/forethought than your peers. They place value in senority... blindly to a fault. Blaming others is commonplace (could be a pro depending who is reading this).
