      Most of the people are a lot of fun and kind

      Cons

      leaders are not who they say they are; honesty and speaking up is punished through a "hunt and kill" approach to people trying to improve on things; most of the company has no insurance or professional working experience, so things are very disorganized and the products constantly fail

      Pros

      Amazing culture built on innovation, trust, collaboration, and friendship. I just joined recently, and everybody is so nice and helpful. The company really values taking initiative and allows people to own all kinds of projects. They do a great job of bringing the team together, both online and in off-site events.
