      Good mentoring while given opportunities to learn about all department in the Company. Plenty of chances to move laterally if desired

      Cons

      Not always paid what the job is worth. Would like better work life balance opportunities but it is a fast paced environment that you were made aware of going in

      small friendly place to work with a great staff and comfortable facility close to major highway and easy access to food facilities

      Cons

      busy area of columbia, md with traffic problems at rush hour; could provide lunch to employees so that we could work without going out to get food

      Pros

      Good pay and flexible work hours. Health insurance is competitive compared to larger companies. Stock options were a great perk.

      Cons

      Issues concerning management are not dealt with in accordance with employee handbook. Not much room for advancement given the size of the company.
