      Supportive team but access issues can be frustrating

      I work on a very supportive team that values my success and well-being, which in turn supports the success of the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Gaining appropriate access to required systems can be challenging. It appears that HR may be overworked, which sometimes leads to delays or confusion in resolving access or benefit related issues.
