Pros

Unique cooking technique, but can be utilized with most any cookware not just saladmaster cookware.

Cons

Extremely overpriced. High pressure sales techniques. Will lure consumers in with Free products that are NOT free!

Great Products and services. Training can be good, depending on dealer Slick sales people will do well. Encouraged to do things independently

Cons

Product pricing is too expensive and the salad cutting lead generation program is a joke. Dealers run rouge and do what they want.
