Pros

Slow pace work place and everybody is chilled out. Not crowded office. Work hard and dont pay comms

Cons

New management dont know what they are doing. Tried hiring new heads to help revive the company but still not working. Limbo it is i reckon. Many old sales are ask to go so that they don't have to pay any commission to them. Cost cutting Hire and fire company. When the two person beside me are looking for new job its not a good sign. Join if you are jobless else look elsewhere

Pros

Unlimited holidays, flexi-work life balance.

Cons

APAC - Singapore Office Used to be a great working place, but after Charles Tidswell left as APAC CRO, everything is BAD. Hire and fire culture. If you are in APAC, don’t bother that you will be treated with respect. Talent management: ZERO Typical place where you will leave because of bad boss. Inexperienced and poor management. Inexperience is no one’s fault, but to give false hopes and promises just to con your employees to work hard for you, and then retrench them on the spot without a single proper communication with the line manager is just so irresponsible and inhuman. This shows character and attitude, not inexperience. To achieve their agendas, they can lie in your face. Sending HR from UK to SG just to show that company is genuinely sorry to let employees go during retrenchment just doesn’t match up with their follow up actions. They promise to provide employees with recommendation letters, but after weeks of request, NOTHING. In fact, it made me felt like a beggar for all my hardwork to be recognised. Knowledge management is just bad. The technology used to build the product might be good, but the product itself is too outdated to fight with their competitors in APAC. Market leader in email re-marketing? I’m not too sure, because their culture is getting diluted day by day. A company that doesn’t focus on investing in the right people in the right areas is just waiting for tragedy to happen. Things may look good for UK on the outside, but don’t bother to consider for APAC. I used to tell myself to have hope for this company, for my line manager, for the global management. Now I am laughing at myself for being so naive. At least much better things came along, and it is not Salecycle.

Pros

Flexible working hours. 25 vacation days leave. Medical Insurance coverage.

Cons

Lots of competitors in the market, thus the company is not doing well. Company is constantly changing its structure. Lots of people are getting laid off or leaving the company. New and inexperienced management micromanage employees.
