      Good job on paper, terrible management

      Pros

      Paid well for industry, benefits are nice. Some very smart people in this company. I appreciate the network potential with our sister companies.

      Cons

      Site level management is terrible, lots of ego and throwing employees under the bus. Upper managemenr and HR for this company is utterly useless and would rather keep their head in the sand than serve their employees.

      A family run business, outsiders not welcome

      Pros

      The office space is very highclass. A small group of people in the head office. Some very dedicated people work here. Location is very nice.

      Cons

      It was clear that only family members will get the key positions. They do not like creativity that rocks the boat. The pay is low and very difficult to get an increase. Very focused on making margins and looking good to the investors. Seesm like and old biys club.
