      Pros

      I can not find a good thing to say unless you are OK with political incorrectness, lots of drinking or a chauvinistic type.

      Cons

      Dishonest: This company is dishonest with its prospects and clients. I witnessed management discussing a marketing plan that offered money back if the customer did not see a specific improvement. When it was brought up that the product could not meet the target improvement, management said no one could prove or disprove the validity anyway. Discriminatory practices: Be sure to be in the 'good ole boy network' and drink ALOT at functions. If you don't, or are gender female, you aren't going to get far UNLESS you want to have an affair with your manager. (That goes on in the sales group) Bullying: Be prepared for the possibility of a bad review. I got one naming things that were not true. Which was bad, but even worse the review was written by someone I did not work with.

      There really are not any except free snacks

      Cons

      Mid management lies to Executives to maintain the staff they want, the drinking crowd and the socially loud, dont care about work ethics some get time off others do not

      Great Potential Obstructed By Legacy Executive Staff

      Pros

      SambaSafety is on an incredible mission with huge potential, and it's filled with some truly amazing people! The "Remote First" policy is perfect for those who want it, and the facilities are top-notch for anyone looking for great office spaces, whether daily or just occasionally.

      Cons

      Like many companies growing from small to medium, it can be tough to push through the changes needed to keep moving forward. The pre-acquisition executive team express a desire to make changes, but they most often fall back on old habits, processes, and tools that hold the company back. They might not have seen better ways or different approaches and often don't fully embrace the fresh perspectives from staff brought in to take SambaSafety to the next level.
