      Strict rule and culture, one person need to do anything by request, lack of basic infrastructure in New York office

      Cons

      Toxic company, large gap between seniors, too little people in NYC, not systemized, need to be contacted in Korea standard time (need to work at night), Always struggling with IT which cannot be supported by US time, no diversity (all Koreans)
