      Pros

      Leading edge MEMS technology that could truly change the electronics industry. Very smart, dedicated people who really cared about what they did and were willing to share their expertise.

      Cons

      Could have been better communication between groups, especially operations and sales. Always tried to do too much with too little. Unrealistic views of the market and customer opportunities.

      A clear objective and action plan was missing. Priorities changed every week, which made it difficult to come up with anything but incremental improvements.

      Small, dynamic team of engineers who share the vision of taking a break-through technology into production. Excellent technical management, CEO leadership, and VP backing. Great compensation and team building perks.

      Cons

      "Headless chicken" pace and stress of a typical start-up, limited resources spread thin over multiple conflicting priorities, micro-management, over-aggressive milestones and deadlines.
