Pros

Patients are great, kind, and very friendly

Cons

Management is absolutely terrible in California at least. No pay increase in years, sometimes the company can’t pay their bills which affects patient care and clinic settings for employees.

Pros

Great team, hard workers, wonderful patients.

Cons

Was hired f/t (at least 36 hrs), but since owners wife and CEO passed away, hours have been cut to 30/wk, overtime not approved, pay rate low for this area.. most other jobs are at least $64 with OT encouraged! They keep adding on more and more responsibilities and keep cutting the hours... so we have to accomplish more and more in less and less time. I work now only 10hrs a day with no break going faster than I can possibly go and they won't approve extra time over those 10 hrs to get the work done. I have up to 14 HD patients at one time, and up to 9 catheters at one time, most of them problematic with only 15 minutes allowed between patients.. with hoyers, etc.
