Pros

None, working here is so bad that it have placed a dent on my resume.

Cons

Toxic culture, office politics. Working is like swimming in a sea of sharks Hire and fire culture, no job stability. Bosses are entitled to hire and fire freely and alot of racial discrimination. As I understand the company have been whistle blown to Ministry of Manpower for errand manpower practices and racial discrimination Compensation is at least 20% below market rate

Pros

Friendly senior management. Not bad pantry

Cons

Mid management and manager has no clue what their subordinates are doing. Direction given for route A, required route B and provided solutions route C. In layman, when to starbucks ordered Venti Cupp, barista double confirmed Venti Latte, Venti Long black given. Top down approach with no chance of feedback or review. Favouritism very heavily dependent between manager and executive.
