Established company in Japan. Fast expanding in Asia

Cons

Overseas subsidiaries are always managed by their own people sent from Japan HQ even though they may lack experience and skills. Backward looking. HR only manages upwards and does not walk the talk. They treat the staff very unprofessionally.
