You can work on many kind of projects, improve your skills, learn news skills. Nice open workspace. sympatics workmates and a nice atmosphere.
Cons
Understaffing, pressure, stress and no gratitude. No evolution of your status and your salary. Very bad management, bad organization and you will never have a real brief on the project. If a project turn bad, the boss or your manager will accuse you and he will never question itself. It is quite difficult to be proud of your work, because professionalism and perfection are not values of this company. One word can define it : Amateurism.
