Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. I’m sorry you didn’t have a positive experience while working at Sapoznik. We try hard to ensure our team members feel appreciated and heard. We hold events to demonstrate our appreciation, including sponsoring breakfasts, lunch and learns, birthday celebrations, and annual holiday parties. We also paid bonuses during a challenging pandemic year and did not lay off or furlough a single employee. We are also proud of our 401K program, one of the richest in the industry.
