Pros

MNC status. Flexible and nimble with work arrangements when no cost is involved. Gives you the freedom to do anything you want . The operations is based on “Anything goes”.

Cons

Staff is left in his own device onsite. Because it is nimble and customisable to customer, it does not have any standard operating procedure for sites, leaving the site staff to come up with procedures from blank papers. Site staff are left out from HQ events. Site staff not allowed to draw stationaries from HQ office, were informed to draw stationaries from site but there isn’t any onsite. Discouraged from taking time off when working OT onsite. Needs to “hold HQ staff hand” on new staff on-boarding process (creation of leave and claim accounts).

Pros

Has structures. Open concept. Many foreigners in the company hence there is opportunity to interact with people from different countries. Hours are good and people are friendly

Cons

Bonus split and paid in batches. One paid in September which is ridiculous. They also embarrass staff by circulating the names of staff who come 5 mins later to whole company. Very unprofessional to embarrass staff like this. Also expats can walk in any time they want but locals be subjected to this kind of time constraint

Pros

Food is cheap in NUS.

Cons

Savills is the MA for NUS. So MA have to see NUS management faces to work daily and if any mistake or delay, LD will be issued. That’s including not wearing of uniform. They do not let you bring back access card till your probation pass. Also you won’t be allowed to use their system online until probation pass too, cause is all confidential… The management is also very messy in there, turn over rate is so high that everyone is barely a week old only except 2 and they are just 4-5 months old. There is no proper SOP in daily works, so I believe that’s why the turn over rate is so high.
