Pros

- If you are not serious about your career and just want a salary then you can definitely consider this company - If you like to work under uneducated mentors then please go ahead with your offer - If you are looking for remote work with zero benefits and career growth then this company is good for you

Cons

- BEWARE! It's a family organization (though they haven't disclosed it anywhere) all top management and department heads are their family members; so you won't get any opportunity to lead even if you are a pro in your field - Don't assume that you are hired for IT/Software company; one day you are working for resource management software and the next day you will be selling mattresses (because they have 10 other useless ventures) - They think that they do noble work by hiring underprivileged people but most of the time all those new hires are their family member who doesn't even know how to use a computer - They think that they are paying better than normal company standards but most of the times you will find other company who will give same or better offer with extra benefits; since I am talking about benefits don't expect even box of sweet on diwali - this organization has zero employee benefits or perks whatsoever - They have next-level trust issues; if someone leaves their organization they will change all the passwords and remove them from everywhere the minute they logout on their last day - If you want a promotion then you don't have to work hard or show them your potential just be in their good books and appreciate their family on every possible occasion and bingo! you'll get the promotion (you don't even need any corporate/professional experience to be a manager here, ANYONE CAN BE A MANAGER) - Don't expect any appreciation for your hard work; they'll ask you to work late and finish the work and then present it in front of the upper management and take all the credits on their name

Pros

1. Work work work ...There is clueless, endless, and view-less work that will be forced to you to do even if you are not allowed to have a tea break before lunch. 2. The company is very dynamic, its policies change within an hour.

Cons

1. Your salary will never be received on time; it depends on the management's mood. Sometimes they credit it on the 5th, and other times on the 15th. They seem to disregard the fact that employees have EMIs to manage. 2. The management exhibits volatile decision-making, which changes every week based on their judgment. They are very egoistic. 3. All projects and processes are mismanaged, indicating very poor management. 4. SAVIOM is manager-driven, with managers wielding considerable power. Everything seems to hinge on your manager, who often lacks the expertise to run a project. 5. HR is doing their best, but they cannot make decisions independently and must defer to the mrktkng head. As mentioned in the fourth point, managers often appear clueless. 6. While the company may appear good from the outside, internally, it's in disarray, with many incompetent people reaching top positions. 7. "They have established 10 companies under the Saviom Group name and listed them all as clients. This is how they deceive people. One day, you might be working for the Marketing Agency the next day for PMEntire, and after a few weeks, for RZ9, and so on." - MOST IMPORTANT 8. It's a completely family-run business. 9. The notice period is fixed at 2 months, and they do not negotiate on this. In fact, they may even request you to stay longer than the notice period due to their so-called projects.

Pros

ZERO!! Nothing at all. Doesn't deserve even a single star.

Cons

From the last few months, we have been forced to post positive reviews for the company. The HRs keep asking for updates about it, so don’t fall for those positive reviews. So, here is the real review. The content head doesn’t care about employees; we completed school and college a long time ago, but once you step into this organization, you will be given chapters to read, then tests are given, and you will be graded. If you are unable to score, they will force you to retest. They think their content team is A-class, but it’s really not. The Content Head gets lots of favoritism from the CEO; hence, she uses her power to create a toxic environment. Everyone in the team is suffering and planning to switch jobs, but we can’t be vocal about it as they take it very personally. There is a huge level of racism; this company doesn’t have a single Muslim employee. If you are away for more than 20 minutes, they will keep calling you. If you take 2 leaves in a month, they will ask you so many questions. They have trust issues; even if you submit your work on time, they still want to know why you didn’t answer your call 10 minutes ago. Can’t someone use the washroom? It’s a remote workplace; give some space. They still live 100 years back, where employees are slaves and need to do whatever they are asked. They force employees to write timesheets with the smallest, useless details, like "on a call with this person and conversation was regarding this and that," etc —WHO DOES THAT IN 2024?? THIS IS A RED FLAG in employer behavior.
