Pay is above market average. That comes with a reason as well which you will find out soon if you join them. Depends on what you want. Be happy working or sulking all day long.

Cons

Well, if you read all the other cons that people write about then you will find that everyone talks about favoritism, bureaucracy. So if you like to advance, just learn to suck up to your boss and gives everyone a good impression. Talent and effort doesn't count in this organization.
