Inadequate people are team leads and managers just because they are easy to control or are good friends / relatives to higher management. Low salaries. Very high expectations.

Fully remote with the option to work at any of the offices Well structured and managed offices Most people are pleasant and cool to work with depending on the department Flexible benefits system allows you to pick and choose what you want Learning & Development departments offers full or partial repayment of certifications you want to undertake

Cons

Compensation is laughable compared to what the market standard is Most of management is insanely incompetent to the point people in non managerial positions overtake their workflow just so they can get their work done properly. Gigantic gap between the sales and the development teams. You are expected to lie about your experience and abilities so they can land the contract and hope you are able to learn the necessary skills on the fly.
