Cons
The company is filled with nepotism, people who should have been fired years ago still are around due to this. Management is horrible and lacks proper communication to do your job effectively. CEO made cutbacks on employee benefits/raises when the company is growing and doing better than ever. You are looked down on for asking questions. They underpay and try to make you think you are getting a good deal because you get stock in the company, but it's only worth it if you decide you want to work there for 30+ years. No 401k matching because of this. No overtime pay even when you are expected to work on weekends or after hours, so in other words, free labor while the company makes time and a half on the hours you are billing. I would recommend passing on this place and just finding a job in the refineries that they service, they will pay you better there anyway. No room for advancement. They do not care about their employees.
