Pros
very handoff, lets you work as you wish. 99% remote work, and great time atmosphere even though you meet via Teams. Love the international-ness of the company & working with people from around the world. Heavy emphasis on culture and employee retention. 3 weeks vacation and 30 personal days from day 1- way better than any other company I've worked for.
Cons
Nothing huge, really depends on manager of your team. Overall, no cons for me.
