1. Run by couple of family members and everybody is lacking professionalism . 2. Not a single employee know how to draft an email, they still work on verbal communication, no one wants to taKE OWNERSHIP and no one has accountability. 3. Worst envoironment, it;s better you start working in textile mill instead this company. 4. Team os 8 people in HR department are nothing but useless fellows, who dont even know about HRMS, tax benifits, income tax slabs and what not to say. 5. They have deducted thier employee's salary in lockdown period and never bother to communicate that they will ever pay them back. 6. Leaves policies are made to harras employees.
