      Pros

      Relaxed work environment for the most part, not a lot of strict rules. Adequate training.

      Cons

      Non-inclusive company, my manager would make remarks about my appearance and race. Did not make reasonable adjustments for MENTAL HEALTH appointments. They do not care about you, everyone gossips about everyone.

      Coworkers are nice, generally. Often offered assistance when needed, even opportunities to help out at other positions.

      Cons

      - Management was controlling. Refused to let tech support associates to work from home even during the pandemic, because management 'did not trust that we will do our work'. - Constantly understaffed at tech support due to high turnover rate, expected techs to work Saturdays - Dirty work place, had cockroaches and once a rat was found in the office -

      .very old school thinking mentality .owner has a rock band

      Cons

      .CEO lady yells at everyone. very unprofessional and condescending .paid 1x a month .offices have pest control issues. we have to spray our desks ourselves .online reviews are done by employees .customer satisfaction not a high priority. high return rate and turnover .family owned. no advancement
