      Terrible company to work for. Management is clueless, refuses to promote and cult like culture. No diversity at all.

      Paid holidays Daycare discount K-8th grade summer camp

      Cons

      -Unlimited pto (only applies to senior partners and owners) -build a house at “cost” (not at cost) and doesn’t pay enough to afford it. -fires you for wanting to be promoted -wants you to spend a lot of off the clock hours at mandatory events -no work/life balance -parties and events are used to justify low pay! -Chris will say he doesn’t fire people if they do their job which is all lies. -insurance is awful! -once you earn a partner check they will fire people before the end of the year so they don’t have to pay. -mandatory volunteer hours!!!!!!! Management! Don’t get me started!
