      I am working here for the past one year. A very good environment to learn and improve new technologies. Very good Leads and Manager to motivate us for self growth and organizational growth. Good exposure for the 2+ experienced employees.

      Pros

      - Good client and some good people in Quality Assurance. - Environment is good from exposure and career growth point of view.

      Cons

      - Pay is very sloppy. You would get 50% of market value at all times. - Senior management is indecisive and mostly reactive. - No framework for talent recognition or job allocation based on capability

      If you are looking for a company without salary hike and career growth and wanted to remain dump in your entire life time then scintel is best for you to join and no leave for 8 months after 8 months no EL OR CL please confirm before joining

      Cons

      No performance appraisal for past 3 years you can check with any employee in scintel. There is no employee recgonisation
