Pros

They leave you at peace if you tag alone

Cons

This is a “powerpoint company” that aims big (way too big) based on the latest innovations buzzwords. This is all wishful thinking and very far from where the company actually stands, and so far from the customer base. Opening offices in expensive locations that are of no benefit to either employees or customers is a good example of little understanding of the market, customers or the business itself. Wasting money and nonsensical use of resources, as well as dreaming far from reality, is a common trait of the top. Unfortunately, today the most valued employees are those who try to keep the top in their high-tech AI dream world.

Pros

good lunches and dinners regularly

Cons

i remember when I first joined the company, I was excited. But as I got to know my colleagues and the work we did, I realized that this company was mostly about sales. It wasn't all bad at first. We had opulent lunches and company trips to exotic locales. but as time went on, I began to feel the toxicity of the work environment. There was never any recognition or appreciation for the hard work we put in. I knew I had to get out of there. It wasn't easy, as the money was good and I'd become friends with some of my colleagues. But I couldn't take the toxic work environment anymore, and the shady sales practices made me feel like I was betraying my own values. Looking back, I'm so glad I left that company. I'm in a much better place now, working for a company that truly cares about its employees and customers. But sometimes I wonder what happened to my former colleagues, and if they're still stuck in that toxic, sales-focused environment.

Pros

You can learn from other people

Cons

the ceo who nearly sunk the company a year ago is now to be back. the company has been broken appart into two pieces. Bespoke revolving door for a completely out of his mind person without any shame, just before many of us were sacked.... I do not recommend joining the company under any circumstance. The lack of leadership is astonishing. You'll have nightmares at night with the ex-ceo and his keynotes where he believes is steve jobs. Also they just fired the new ceo and cpo. I can't imaging what is the opinion of the shareholders after sinking so much money.
