For trainee, salary not so high but in comparison with gaining knowledge, it is more then you deserve.

Sadly HR has no complete information about management policy.
Very poor SDLC structure with lots of rework.
Not thinkable politics in poor strength environment.
A dishonest scheme in variable of salary.
Poor strength of employee.
No other activity in firm.
