Not the best training. Need to be very self driven as there is little direction. Leads are cold.

It’s remote, so you don’t have to see the awful people you work directly with.

Cons

No care for employees or the freelance writers. The CEO only cares about the bottom line, not who he has to crush to get there.

Autonomy, flexible schedule, remote work, very young company

Cons

CEO is egotistical and messes with pay every chance he gets. Always wants to talk about personal things on company time. Thinks he's better than everyone. No one is paid fairly. We're given dept head roles and tons of extra responsibility but no increase in salary at all. Doesn't respect writers or editors and has an unhealthy obsession with AI. Legitimately running the company into the ground.
