      Pros

      ++++ Fully remote employment. And no micromanaging managers! + Full company meetups twice a year, with smaller meetups in between. + Really good engineering team.

      Cons

      * Yearly pay increase is low. 1-2% in the last couple of years.

      Pros

      I’ve had a very positive experience working at Scrive. The environment is professional, well-structured, and focused on quality. Collaboration across teams works well, and there is a strong culture of trust, respect, and open communication.

      Cons

      As i'm still new in Scrive there are a couple of things i haven't explored yet.

      Pros

      Proper scale-up company with a nice mix of growth and profitability focus. Private equity owned, frequent M&A activity, etc. Awesome place to be and build a broad range of experience.
