      Great company with proper work life balance!

      Pros

      Unlike other companies, here your inputs and suggestions will be heard. Proper work life balance with option to work remotely is a great advantage. The co-founders are very enthusiastic and makes all their employees feel included and motivated.

      Cons

      No cons as such however one suggestion that management can invest more on perks and benefit for their employees.

      JUST DON'T PLAY WITH YOUR CAREER Don't join if you already have a job. - The Banglore Team is an amazing Case study of how not to manage a Team. - Everything that can go wrong - No work life balance - Toxic work culture - Use of abusive language within the team from Top to bottom. - Zero Flexibility - Manager doesn't let the team work as a team and keeps involving them in his trivial internal politics. - No Job security. - And the list goes on and on and on.

      Tough feedback, but it’s taken seriously. Team structures, leadership training, and workload clarity are being addressed — with zero tolerance for abusive behavior and a focus on trust and collaboration.

      - Can learn iformatioon security as well along with CSM role - Can expertise in Google Docs

      Cons

      - 24*7 working shifts with no break - need to work on weekends and public holidays - No work life balance - No incentives or bonuses provided to employees - Very few people in organisation for handing many projects
