      Pros

      Work is fun most of the time. The balance between work and family is a plus. The owner is very hands on with years of wisdom and very good at design and leadership.

      Cons

      Benefits are not adequate for the times.

      the people are nice and the owner is very hands-on and interested in what is being done. It feels like being a part of a family.

      It feels like it is 1989, there is little real commitment to product development.
