Nice offices, the position looks good on your CV.
Cons
Long hours culture, the work is uninteresting and there is a big volume of it. No parking, middle management is ineffectual, you will get promoted if you are an incapable yes person. Oil is a volatile industry so job security is flaky and pay-rises and bonuses are non-existent when there are downturns.

Seadrill offers employees great benefits such as paying 100% of your insurance +that of your family, pays 10% to your 401K without you contributing anything, and 4 weeks vacation.
Cons
Lower salaries, zero job security, most everyone who works there is looking for another job and no one seems very happy to be there.
