Pros

--Flexible with schedules such as school, other jobs, family, emergencies, etc. --Friendly co-workers and encouraging management. --Can quickly move up in the business with training (manager positions open frequently).

Cons

--Only get minimum wage. Employees put a ton of time and effort into the store and only get a pittance it seems. --At some locations, employees work alone for most of their shift and many thefts have happened, making going to work somewhat scary.
