      Discounted Meals, great residents, great staff in other departments

      Cons

      Micromanagment, No fundamentally sound management, Concierge Staff watches security officers like they are in daycare. Wanting to know your every move. No mutual respect in the workplace. You can get termed in less than 30 days with very little details nor paperwork to support it. This happens when you get a novice to hire people and on a power trip.
