Made some great friends throughout the suffering and manipulation from management.
Cons
Read the negative reviews. They are deadly accurate as to how management functions in this company. Without a doubt, the most unethical recruiting agency I’ve ever seen. The owner and partners have burned a lot of bridges and their reputation is well known throughout Charlotte at this point. I can’t even begin to count the number of work place harassment lawsuits that could’ve been filed..if you’re considering working here, reach out to 3-4 random former SSG employees and see if it ended amicably.
