After over a year at the company, my coworkers have become more like family to me than colleagues. Everyone pitches in to help each other and there are so many opportunities to learn new things. This was my first full-time job after completing my degree, and it's a wonderful company to grow with. I have met clients from a wide variety of industries, which has allowed me to learn so many new things that go beyond just work life. This job challenges me just the right amount and I am always motivated to improve my performance.
Cons
The only con I would say is that the workload may seem a bit overwhelming at the very beginning. Once you get the hang of things, it's very easy to adjust to the amount of work and to manage your time in an effective way.
