Promote from within the company If you say you want to advance they make a plan of action Good environment to work in, coworkers all got along and worked together Flexible work schedule

No annual raises, salary increases and few and far between, and when they came it was less than 3% Tend to overload workers and once they add to your workload, it does not go away, they continue to pile more on.
