Pros

There are some wonderful people to work with, although it depends on which branch you are in. There are good opportunities for professional development through mentorship and city-wide trainings.

Cons

Staff are overworked and undervalued. It is difficult to get time off and parental leave is short and inflexible. Employees are often asked to work outside of their classification, to take on additional responsibilities, and change work locations without notice.
