There chief of staff and and CEO and president are very immature and disrespecful. They place alot of pressure to sell and give you no guidance or help or training. All employees are left to fend for themselves. The CEO's brother also works at the company and created a shell company so there is alot of disorganization going on. Many employees leave the company. It seems the employee turnover is very high. There is no human resources at the company so complaints are never handled properly. The hours are very long for little pay.

Management is very immature and unprofessional. They use their phone to alk to their boyfriend during the shift, randomly pop up and take half or more of your commissions and doesn't let you take off when you are sick without charging $300 dollars. There is also little to no room for advancement and communication is horrible!
