Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It is good to hear that you enjoyed your fellow team co-workers and that the flexibility extended to you through the work from home position resulted in a positive work/life balance. As an employer, it can be challenging to nurture an engaging workplace culture with those who are home-based, and as we have seen with other co-workers who spend little time on-site in our offices, perceptions can differ and personal satisfaction can be diminished. Though some of what you have shared is of course disappointing to hear, your viewpoint is respected.
