Pros

They now have BASIC benefits, property managers receive a tiny portion of over revenue each month,holiday pay with reduced hours, $100 discount on personal storage unit

Cons

Free company paid benefits are better than the upper tier benefits, bonuses have been reduced so you don’t receive as much payout. No commission on extra revenue with retail whatsoever. Holiday pay of 8 hours with working 7 hours given a 1/2 hour break, HR department is an absolute nightmare, required to pay for insurance on personal storage unit. 3 days to move out of on site apartment if you leave the company. No same structure through company. There is tons of favoritism in upper management. Rate increases!!!

Onsite housing, good on your car with few miles to the bank.

Cons

While working for this company the storage facility was bought out by another company they lied the entire time during acquisition. Promised a bonus for staying till the sale was final. They lied did not pay bonus. Also allowed supervisor to hire best friend and they say around and smoked pot all day while charging the company for their time and used the company vehicle for personal use. Extemely unprofessional.

The senior leadership all got bonus’ and pay increases but refused to give them to the field teams. They also got rid of medical benefits for the field teams. The Chief Officers and Executives are getting rich at the expense of their front line workers.
